Shipping Policies
- All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Tirupur, TamilNadu. The processing time for Orders are 1 to 2 days from the date of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders within India will reach within 3-7 business days.
- Any damages will have to be reported on the day of receiving of the product.
- Shipping Charges vary based on the Pincode, weight and nature of the product and will be calculated at the checkout
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thegoodbamboo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
